Position 01: Quality Education Officer

The Quality Education Officer (QEO) plays a vital role in monitoring, evaluation, and capacity building. They ensure that the teaching methodologies used in SEF-supported schools meet the highest standards of modern education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Support: Support the smooth execution of quality teaching strategies and targeted learning interventions across project schools.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct regular, structured school monitoring visits and real-time classroom observations to assess teacher performance and student engagement.
  • Standards Maintenance: Monitor education quality standards and keep a close eye on student learning outcomes (SLOs).
  • Capacity Building: Provide continuous technical support, hands-on mentoring, and professional capacity building to teachers and school management staff.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge of communication between LRF, the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), local education authorities, and key project stakeholders.
  • Data & Assessment: Assist in organizing student assessments and conducting thorough analyses of learning outcome data to identify gaps.
  • Reporting: Regularly contribute to formal monitoring, evaluation, and project reporting activities for senior management.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of proven, relevant professional experience working within education programs or NGO-led school monitoring projects.

Position 02: Primary & Elementary School Teachers

Teachers are the frontline heroes of the FAS Project. LRF is looking to hire 40 dedicated educators who can foster an inclusive, safe, and dynamic learning atmosphere for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Instruction: Teach classes ranging from Nursery to Grade 8 strictly in accordance with the SEF-approved national curriculum.
  • Lesson Planning: Prepare comprehensive, daily lesson plans, interactive teaching aids, and conduct routine classroom assessments.
  • Record Keeping: Meticulously maintain daily attendance registers, student enrollment files, and individual student progress records.
  • Creating Safe Spaces: Establish a safe, inclusive, welcoming, and child-friendly learning environment that encourages equal participation.
  • Co-Curricular Support: Actively support student learning assessments, quiz competitions, sports, and other co-curricular activities.
  • Community Engagement: Engage proactively with parents, school management committees (SMCs), and local communities to boost student enrollment and reduce dropout rates.
