Position Overview
- Post Name: Manager Human Resources (Contract)
- Gender: Male / Female
- Qualification: MS HRM / MBA HRM (16 years of education) or an equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Managerial role (Director/Head/Manager).
- Preference will be given to those with experience in a public sector hospital or healthcare setting with 500+ beds.
Core Responsibilities
The Manager HR will lead day-to-day operations and strategic planning, including:
- Human resources planning and strategy development.
- Recruitment, selection, and medical manpower management.
- Employee relations and legislation compliance.
- Training, development, and superannuation administration.
