Vacant Positions and Eligibility Criteria
1. General Manager (01 Position)
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years.
- Education: At least sixteen (16) years of education (Master’s degree or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering; Economics; Finance; Business Administration & Management Sciences; Commerce; or Social Sciences (Public Administration / Public Policy).
- Experience: Overall 20 years of experience, with at least 15 years of relevant experience. Applicants must have prior senior management or executive-level experience in financial management, revenue generation, cost recovery systems, public sector management, infrastructure, or utilities management. Good working knowledge of Civic, ICT Technologies, and excellent communication skills are required.
2. Assistant Manager Customer Relations (01 Position)
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
- Education: At least 16 years of education consisting of a Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Consumer Studies, Masters in Hospitality Management, or a Bachelors in Business Administration (04 Years Degree).
- Experience: At least 03 years of proven professional experience in Customer Relations, Complaint Management, and Front Desk Management within a public utility, corporate entity, or cellular company. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1.5 years of directly relevant experience and stay current with modern customer management practices.

- Governing Approvals: The final selection process remains subject to the issuance of an NOC or concurrence by the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
