Saleem Nawaz Fazaia College, located at PAF Base Masroor, Karachi, is seeking an energetic and well-qualified individual for the position of Principal. This is a contract-based role initially for two (02) years, renewable based on performance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
The position is open to both retired education officers from the armed forces and civilian candidates.

| General Eligibility | Male / Female, medically fit, maximum age 57 years. Must have strong communication and management skills. |
| Retired Education Officers | MA / MSc / MS in any subject with a minimum of 15 years of commissioned service. |
| Civilian Candidates | MA / MSc / MS / M Ed (or equivalent) with 5-10 years of teaching and 5-10 years of supervisory/admin experience (15 years aggregate at College level). |
Ineligibility Criteria
Candidates are ineligible if they have been:
- Terminated/dismissed prematurely from any institution.
- Terminated from any Fazaia institution due to disciplinary issues.
- Involved in criminal offenses, financial embezzlement, or moral turpitude.
