First Credit and Investment Bank Ltd., a Listed Non-Banking Finance Company providing full-scope Investment Finance Services for over two decades, is seeking a result-oriented, self-motivated, and dynamic professional for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The position is based in Karachi.

Job Details

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Organization: First Credit and Investment Bank Ltd. (FCIBL)
Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Age Limit: 50 to 64 years
Employment Type: Contract basis (Up to 3 years, extendable based on performance evaluation by the Board)
Salary: Competitive salary package including fringe benefits

Key Responsibilities

Steering the overall affairs of the company.
Serving as the driving force behind strategic direction, operational excellence, and vision.
Enhancing market penetration in accordance with guidelines and policies approved by the Board.

Qualification & Experience Criteria

Education: Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / MBA (Finance or Marketing).
Experience:
Minimum 25 years of professional experience.
At least 10 years in a Senior Management / Key Executive role within the financial sector is a must.
Direct experience in the financial sector is mandatory.
