The Office of the Dean, MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex and Affiliate Institutes (HMC, KGMC, IKD, B&PSC, and PICO) Peshawar has announced various employment opportunities under the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Act 2015. Applications are invited for the following faculty and non-faculty positions:

  • PM&DC recognized medical qualification in respective specialty OR other equivalent qualification approved by the Standing Recognition Committee (SRC).
  • Must meet PM&DC & MTI criteria for faculty selection. Selected candidates will be offered appropriate levels (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor). |
    | 2 | Demonstrator Basic Sciences
    (Anatomy, Pathology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine & Medical Education)
  • Contractual, Non-Extendable (03 Years) | * MBBS or equivalent medical qualification fully recognized/registered by PM&DC.
  • Preference given to candidates with higher qualifications in Basic Sciences or in the process of attaining one.
  • Experience as a demonstrator in a medical college/university is preferred. |

  • Contractual, Extendable (03 Years) | * MBBS/BDS or equivalent.
  • MSc Epidemiology / MPH (Two years) / MHR, registered with PM&DC.
  • At least 02 years’ experience as an Epidemiologist / Research Officer in any reputable public/private registered institution/hospital. |
    | 4 | Procurement / Purchase Officer (Supply Chain) | * Master’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC recognized university with firsthand knowledge of KPPRA Act/Rules and Government policies.
  • At least 03 years’ experience in the relevant field in a public, semi-autonomous, autonomous, or private sector organization / healthcare institute / teaching hospital. |
    | 5 | Computer Operator | * MCS / BCS degree in Computer Science & IT or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
    OR
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in another discipline with a 1-year Diploma (DIT) from a Board of Technical Education.
  • Computer Typing speed above 50 wpm is essential. Experience in public/private sectors and BS in English will be preferred. |
    | 6 | Sub-Engineer (Civil) | * DAE from a Technical Board. BS or equivalent from an HEC recognized university registered with PEC will be preferred (or Bachelor’s degree with an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering).
  • At least 02 years’ experience as a Sub-Engineer in a public, semi-autonomous, or private sector organization/hospital. (No experience required for BS degree holders in the relevant subject). |
    | 7 | Junior Clerk | * Bachelor’s Degree / B.Com / BBA or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
  • DIT from a Board of Technical Education or equivalent. Preference given to Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences.
  • Computer Typing speed above 40 wpm is essential.
  • At least 02 years’ experience in a public, semi-autonomous, or private sector organization. |

    3. Government Servants: Applicants working in government service/institutions should apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments. Private sector candidates must also provide an NOC.
    4. Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisting may be done based on pre-interview marks or an Entry Test if applicant numbers are exceptionally high.
