The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior, National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Headquarters, Islamabad, invites applications from qualified professionals for high-level technical positions on a contract basis.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Director (Network Engineer – Core Networks)

  • Maximum Age: 37 Years
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in a related field. (Degrees must be verified/attested by HEC).
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations.
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills: * Technical expertise in Layer 2/3 switches, Core Firewalls, WAF, switches, and IDS/IPS.
  • Experience in network optimization (bandwidth monitoring, QoS, health checks, SLA monitoring, preventive maintenance, incident management).
  • Overseeing implementation, commissioning, and RMA processes for network hardware.
  • Implement information security tasks, including encryption and firewalls.
  • Monitor performance and provide 24/7 support.
  • Shift Note: This role is explicitly for evening / night shifts. Only candidates willing to work these shifts should apply.

2. Deputy Director (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing – VAPT)

  • Maximum Age: 44 Years
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, or an equivalent field. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. A minimum of 16 years of HEC-verified education is a must.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Application/Network Security and Penetration Testing. Well-versed with Gen AI tools and technologies. CEH Certified / CHFI Certified professionals are preferred.
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
  • Work closely with development teams to provide security expertise on system, encryption, authentication, and security-specific code.
  • Knowledge of technologies/standards including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, Python, XML, SSL/TLS, REST, SAML, OAuth, C#, and PHP.
  • Handy experience in Desktop, Web, and Mobile Application Penetration Testing.
  • Expertise in deploying and operating security tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Kali Linux, Hydra, Dirbuster, MobSF, etc.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security, Security Orchestration Platforms, Custom Containerization, and DevSecOps.
