Key Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: Must demonstrate 5 years of construction experience and completion of at least 2 similar projects in the last 5 years.
- Tax Status: Active tax payer with FBR and KPRA.
- Bid Security: * Standard: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR.
- Special Case: If the bid is 10% or more below the engineer’s estimate, an additional 8% security is required.
- Tender Fee: Rs. 3,000/- (Non-refundable).
