The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for two (02) Senior Manager positions to lead and oversee operations across the Northern Region.
Position Overview
The roles are based in Lahore and Islamabad. Senior Managers will lead multi-functional regional operations, execute strategic plans, and maintain strong relationships with members, regulators, and stakeholders. Both positions report directly to the COO/Secretary ICAP.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Execute operational plans with defined timelines across regional offices.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise administrative heads to ensure compliance, internal controls, and policy implementation.
- Functional Support: Support core ICAP functions including Examinations, Education & Training, Legal, Corporate, Finance, and IT.
- Representation: Represent ICAP at various government and non-government forums.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with members, the corporate sector, and education partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification & Experience: * Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- OR a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of ICAP stakeholders, including members and students.
