Eligibility Highlights
- Professor/Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field recognized by HEC with extensive teaching/research experience (10–15 years) and a minimum number of research publications (10–15) in HEC-recognized journals.
- Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Instructor: 16 years of education (First Class) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, System Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Administrative Roles (QEC/Examination): 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

- Challan can be deposited in any branch of ABL Bank.
- Hard Copies: Candidates for Professor and Associate Professor must send 04 hard copies of their dossiers (including research publications) to the HRM Section at the Main Campus.
- Documents: Upload HEC-attested degrees, CNIC, domicile, PRC, experience certificates, photograph, and the deposited challan online.
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel with an NOC.
