Eligibility Criteria

Prospective educators must meet the following mandatory criteria to qualify for registration:

  • Age Limit: 20 to 55 Years
  • Gender: Open to Male, Female, and Transgender candidates.
  • Educational Qualification: * Minimum Graduation (14 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Must have obtained at least 50% marks in the highest degree.
  • Note: Candidates possessing higher or professional teaching qualifications (such as B.Ed, M.Ed) will be given preference.
  • Domicile: Punjab Province (with permanent residence mandatory in the respective Union Council/District).
  • CNIC: Compulsory valid Computerized National Identity Card.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Nature of Appointment: Teachers will be appointed purely on a part-time / time-bound / honorary / contract basis for an initial period of one (01) year. The contract is extendable based on satisfactory performance up to the final completion of the project.
  • Gender Quota Breakdown: Vacancies across the target districts are split into a 60% reserved quota for Female candidates and a 40% quota for Male candidates, aligned with the requirements of NFE Elementary Schools for Girls and Boys in the respective areas.
  • Center Establishment: The selected teacher will be responsible for arranging one room of a suitable size within their locality for the physical establishment of the Non-Formal Learning Center.
  • Online Only: Applications received online through the official web portal will be accepted. Applications submitted by hand, through courier, or via postal mail will not be processed.
  • Authority Rights: The Literacy & NFBE Department reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of teacher vacancies in any district without prior notice.

Verify that your academic grades, CNIC information, and the list of mapped community children are accurately saved before submitting the form.
